We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Production Specialist at EnviroEmplois. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operation and upkeep of plasma atomization systems and associated post-processing machinery. Collaboration with various departments, including quality assurance and maintenance, will be essential to ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate plasma atomization systems and post-processing machinery
  • Ensure timely execution of operations in alignment with the production timeline
  • Conduct regular maintenance of equipment while adhering to industrial hygiene standards
  • Follow health and safety protocols and best practices in the workplace
  • Work closely with the quality control team and manage hazardous materials safely
  • Engage in troubleshooting and perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

Education & Skills

  • Completion of College/CEGEP education
  • Proven leadership capabilities and effective communication skills
  • Physical capability to manage weights and various tasks
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure
  • Willingness to commit to 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours; proficiency in English is advantageous

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an ISO or AS environment (preferred)
  • Experience in handling hazardous materials (preferred)
