As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and stock merchandise, including fruits, vegetables, and other products, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and display fruits and vegetables, including weighing, labeling, and pricing, according to company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
