Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Elementary Teacher to join our team at the Upper Canada District School Board.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English Language Arts to students in Grade 2-3 at a Central PS location.

Responsibilities
  • Teach English Language Arts to students in Grade 2-3
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and colleagues to ensure student success
Requirements
  • Must have an Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification in good standing
  • Required qualifications in Primary Education
  • Qualifications in Special Education are considered an asset
