Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Family Medicine Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals to identify diseases and injuries.
  • Examine patients' health conditions to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed.
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
  • Administer budget and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related information to government authorities.
  • Provide emergency care, counseling, and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in family medicine
