We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 2664472 Ontario Inc. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
- Bookkeeping Systems: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, accurate, client focus, judgement, organized, and team player.
This is a permanent full-time position with 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
