Key Responsibilities
  • Material Assessment: Evaluate formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Concrete Placement: Oversee the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces, adhering to specified grades.
  • Quotations and Tenders: Prepare detailed tenders and quotations for upcoming projects.
  • Surface Leveling: Level the top surface of concrete according to precise grade and depth specifications.
  • Finishing Techniques: Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces utilizing both hand and power tools.
  • Installation: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and various fixtures as required.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs and materials needed for projects.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to guide work.
Qualifications
