Job Title: Marine Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Marine Repair Technician to join our team at PEACE RIVER BOAT & AUTO REPAIR LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on marine vessels and recreational vehicles. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on marine vessels and recreational vehicles
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with engines, electrical systems, and other components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repairs
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of marine and recreational vehicle systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and dusty environment, with regular exposure to power tools and precision measuring instruments.
