Theatre Associate

About the Role:

Cineplex is seeking a Theatre Associate to join our team. As a Theatre Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, providing an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Your responsibilities will include duties in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office, amongst other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Operate concession stands and manage cash handling
• Assist with box office operations and manage ticket sales
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance of the theatre
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and late nights
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable
