Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3-4 food service staff and 5-10 food preparers
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient service and food preparation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
