**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at JRoss Hospitality Recruiters. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of department managers to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute annual plans that drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Monitor hotel performance against budget and ensure revenue and expense targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of team members, with a focus on career growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Director of Operations or senior leadership role within a full-service hotel environment.
  • University or College diploma in culinary or hospitality management.
  • Current Food-Safe and Smart Serve Certifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to training and team development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems.
