Job Title: Sales Supervisor, Armani Exchange Chinook Centre

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at Armani Exchange Chinook Centre. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
