Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at 2166586 Alberta Ltd. as a permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and a passion for mixology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained, including washing glassware and ordering stock as needed.
  • Provide recommendations to customers on drink selections, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Manage inventory and control of bar stock, ensuring that we always have a well-stocked bar.
  • Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for customers.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
Work Environment

As a Bar Service Professional, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Language and Work Hours

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and able to work 30-40 hours per week.
