* Stay updated with TikTok trends, filters, and editing techniques to ensure content is current and appealing
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines for video releases

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in short-form video editing (TikTok experience is a must)
* Proficiency with video editing tools (mobile apps like InShot/CapCut)
* Strong grasp of TikTok features: trends, filters, effects, transitions, and audience engagement strategies
* Excellent attention to detail and creativity: bringing storytelling and engaging content to life
* Constructive feedback approach: Must be patient, open to criticism and feedback and continuously improving your work
* Self-motivated and organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
* CapCut experience is a requirement.
