Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
- Train and develop our team members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain quality control standards in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide our team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
