We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team at Dominos Pizza. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for employee payroll.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Journal Entries: Post journal entries accurately.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Trial Balance: Prepare trial balances of books to ensure accuracy.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Tally ERP, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and MS Office Suite (including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows).
Candidate must have access to their own transportation.
Work Environment- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Accuracy: A commitment to maintaining precise records.
Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
