Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team at LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services, from planning and organizing daily operations to overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor departmental performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and goods, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that goods are available when needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
