About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the store, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
