Job Title: Baker, Pâtissier

BOULANGERIE LA PARISIENNE LTD. is seeking a skilled Baker, Pâtissier to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Bake shop.
