About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Specialty Services Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage Financials: Manage the financials of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage projects, and drive business results.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget.
