Job Summary:

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a casual employee. As a Practical Nurse, you will provide on-site workplace services to our corporate clients, delivering high-quality healthcare services and promoting a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site health services, including COVID-19 screenings, flu clinics, and biometric health screenings.
  • Manage event logistics, including setting up event areas and preparing supplies.
  • Screen participants, obtain measurements, and provide basic health education and coaching.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of event documents.
  • Manage adverse events, such as positive screening results, in a professional and confidential manner.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • A valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous community or workplace health service experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Occupational Health is an asset.
