Job Summary

The Sheet Metal Installation Technician will be responsible for installing sheet metal products in residential low-rise buildings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with building codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install sheet metal products, including roofing, siding, and ventilation systems, in residential low-rise buildings.
  • Cut and fit sheet metal parts using power tools and hand tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople to complete projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in sheet metal installation, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
