Première Moisson, a leading bakery and patisserie company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. With over 1,200 employees and 20 bakeries across Quebec and Ontario, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control personnel and activities in the section.
  • Manage section inventory and cash register operations.
  • Maximize team and sales performance through effective coaching and training.
  • Handle customer requests and special situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure Première Moisson standards are applied consistently.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and services.
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store.
  • Open and/or close the store as needed.
  • Supervise the work of team members and carry out customer service tasks, including cash register operations.
  • Train new employees as needed and provide ongoing support.
  • Replace the assistant manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and lead by example.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in spoken English (asset).
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
