IT Director - Driving Digital Transformation

We are seeking a visionary IT Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives and guide our technology strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape and ensuring its alignment with our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Technological Integration and Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic IT projects, guaranteeing successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Lead significant digital transformation initiatives, encompassing comprehensive change management for seamless transitions. This includes needs analysis, milestone planning, change management strategies, and pre/post-project evaluations.
  • Strategic and Operational Support: Align digital initiatives with Meridia's strategic objectives to foster a cohesive and forward-thinking approach. Champion a culture of continuous improvement within IT and relevant business functions. Define organizational IT operations to maximize system efficiency in meeting customer service satisfaction standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress for timely milestones.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strong, inclusive leadership, guiding inter-organizational teams toward project goals and propelling digital initiatives forward. Cultivate robust relationships with teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure effective collaboration. Lead usability and solution acceptance testing processes, guaranteeing solutions meet requirements. Integrate and optimize IT operations, collaborating for efficiency with external partners.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning with a demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Expertise in change management, driving effective organizational change within technology projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic resource allocation and project management monitoring.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of IT operations management, familiarity with systems integration tools, and experience optimizing IT processes.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and the capacity to translate business goals into effective IT strategies.
  • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and some experience in usability testing would be advantageous.
