Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee document management, including the creation and organization of project-related documents.
  • Establish and update master templates for contract administration.
  • Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and contractor submissions.
  • Engage with local authorities and design teams to ensure compliance and certification of construction activities.
  • Prepare cost assessments for land development projects.
  • Drive improvements in documentation processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, and related software tools.
  • Previous experience in document management and construction oversight.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a document control capacity.
  • A 2-Year Construction Management Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
