As a Climate Control Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems. You will engage in tasks such as servicing and installing climate control systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing safety evaluations. Your role will also involve maintaining a tidy and secure work environment, effectively communicating with clients, and utilizing computer systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
  • Install and set up climate control systems
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking service records

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Familiarity with oil burning equipment is a plus
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment
