Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to evaluate existing programs and projects, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on program implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans for the deployment of new programs, outlining clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage daily operations effectively, overseeing program execution within budget constraints and adhering to established deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels, navigating complex environments and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Actively participate in committee meetings, representing the organization's interests and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need a specialized degree in project management, health sciences, administration, social sciences, or a related field. Proficiency in Office 365 and project management tools is essential. Postgraduate training and knowledge of the healthcare system are highly valued assets.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity for occasional travel within the region.
