Bussing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bussing Coordinator & Administrative Support. As a key member of our school operations team, you will be responsible for providing daily bussing coordination and administrative support to our students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule bus routes, ensuring timely and safe transportation for students.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of student attendance, absences, and transportation requests.
- Provide administrative support to the school office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain a records management system, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of documents.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Education Director.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or diploma in office administration or a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to speak either Dene or Cree language an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector required.
