Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at GOLFERS CREEK INC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.
  • Serve food and snacks to customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Advise customers on wine selection, showcasing knowledge of wine varieties and pairings.
  • Store beverage and food products in a clean and organized manner, maintaining inventory and controlling stock levels.
  • Order bar stock and manage inventory, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring accurate and timely service.
Supervision

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of 1-2 people and will be expected to work a permanent schedule with 32-35 hours per week.

The work language is English, and the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the English language.
