Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and rotated.
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
