Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Signing Agent to join our team. As a Signing Agent, you will be responsible for witnessing and certifying the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents, ensuring that all procedures are followed to meet lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact borrowers via telephone to arrange signing meetings and clarify expectations
  • Witness and certify signatures on documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements
  • Meet with borrowers at their convenience and return signed documentation to FCT
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Computer skills, including internet, email, and MS Office
  • Experience in the lending or legal industry is preferred
