Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Order Processing: Assist internal and external customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and entering data into our CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify trends in customer issues and suggest proactive solutions to improve processes and prevent recurring problems.
Qualifications

College Diploma or University Degree

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the CPG industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult situations with grace
