Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on investment and credit products, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other RBC professionals to deliver comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the latest information and insights.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute (i.e. Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
