Job Title: Software Test Engineer 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer 3 to join our team as a Quality Assurance Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Development Support team focused on build integrations, editor testing, and QA tools automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Development Support engineers in building and maintaining QA tools and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to support telemetry testing and validation.
  • Work with the Quality Engineers to identify and implement automation needs.
  • Plan and execute performance tests on multiple PC configurations.
  • Coordinate and manage multiplayer tests.
  • Manage QA lab equipment, organization, and station upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Experience in modifying PC configurations and conducting performance and memory tests.
  • Experience leading a team for technical tests.
  • Knowledge of automation systems and scripting languages, preferably Python.
  • Proactive planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven approach in decision making.

  • Experience with leadership and coordinating teams through difficult situations.
  • Adaptable teaching skills.
  • Thorough documentation and organization skills.
  • Confident communication skills.
