About the Position

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Licensed Mechanic to join our team as a 310T Licensed Technician (T4). As a T4, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls/rebuilds on heavy-duty and medium-duty equipment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal support
  • Instruct and advise other technicians on maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
  • Coach and mentor other level technicians
  • Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
  • Perform facility maintenance duties and utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation
  • Work in accordance with all federal and provincial compliance guidelines
Requirements
  • Diploma or GED required
  • 310T license required
  • Valid Driver's License (Class G2 or above) required
  • Four (4) years or more experience in performing advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy-duty and medium-duty equipment required
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to demonstrate proficiency with advanced diagnostics, overhaul, and repair of all vehicle components and systems
