Warehouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Labourer to join our team at La Crete RONA Building Center. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
- Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in the warehouse.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas, and perform other labouring and elemental activities.
- Assembly: Assemble small and large household electrical appliances.
- Transportation: Ensure that all materials and products are properly loaded and unloaded from vehicles.
As a Warehouse Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Permanent Employment: This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
