Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prepare and calculate payroll cheques.
- Assess fixed assets and their depreciation.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Manage general ledgers and financial statements.
- Record journal entries accurately.
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
- Complete tax returns efficiently.
- Prepare trial balances of financial records.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
- Attention to detail is essential.
