The Registered Technologist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the production of high-quality imaging studies that assist physicians in making informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and produce imaging studies that are crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Utilize independent judgment and systematic problem-solving techniques to ensure excellence in diagnostic information and patient care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support special procedures and perform related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited radiological technology program.
- Current member in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists in Ontario.
- Proficient in producing quality radiographs/images.
- Familiarity with CR/PACS/DR systems is preferred.
- Exceptional patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
- Strong communication and team-building abilities.
- Previous experience in a hospital environment is advantageous.
- Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to the values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation, and Collaboration.
- Willingness to travel and work across various Osler locations.
Additional Information:
Hours: Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays based on operational needs.
SALARY:
Minimum: $36.84 per hour
Maximum: $50.24 per hour
