About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at EZmart Venture Pvt Ltd. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meat: Clean and trim meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
  • Special Cuts and Orders: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Standard Cuts and Packaging: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, and wrap and package them for sale.
  • Meat Weighing and Pricing: Weigh meats for sale and price them accurately.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Meat Grinding and Slicing: Grind meats and slice cooked meats as needed.
  • Display Preparation: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at EZmart Venture Pvt Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and requiring attention to detail. You will be part of a team that values accuracy, excellent communication, and flexibility.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or meat cutting environment.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and ability to work as a team player.
