Job Summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team at our Laval Construction & Forestry location. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, locating and shipping parts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and locate required parts.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship incoming parts and materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to branch service technicians, customers, and other branches as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Place inventory stock orders, make inventory and bin adjustments, and accurately document all shipping, receiving, and inventory information.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate parts and warehousing equipment, as well as computer systems, to support daily operations.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred, with a solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
  • Certification: Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.
