Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high levels of quality control, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
- Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained, and that high standards of quality control are maintained
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints, taking all necessary actions to ensure guest recovery
- Supervise and direct staff in daily work activities, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans
