**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Expert to join our team at Intuit Inc. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product and technology solutions to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deliver detailed product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and implementation project activities
* Engage with customers requiring varied interpersonal, product, and technical skills
* Handle technical responsibilities including discovery, product/technology/workflow definition and/or design, implementation, training, and solution deployment
* Participate in sales presentations and conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed

**Qualifications**

* Bookkeeping or Accounting background would be an asset
* Experience working for a Financial App such as Dext or one of our competitors
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to present in front of audiences of up to 100 people
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Client-focused attitude
* Proven track record of working with clients
* Open to hiring someone on the West Coast - must be able to travel (Canada)
* Hybrid role (2-3 days a week in office)
