Position Overview

Bestline Logistics Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across long distances.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the condition of the vehicle and conduct inspections on tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other essential equipment.
  • Carry out brake adjustments as necessary.
  • Execute pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections while overseeing all vehicle operations.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch to relay important information.
  • Document cargo details, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption accurately.
Required Certifications
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Safety and Security Requirements
  • Possession of a valid passport
  • Basic security clearance
  • Driver's validity license check
Travel and Transportation Information
