We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
