Job Summary

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Organized, team player, hardworking and willing to train
Work Environment

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often away from home for extended periods. You will be required to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.
