As a key member of the Procor Repair Services Ltd. team, the Weld Shop Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production departments. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our organization and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of all production departments to meet product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Identify and report issues related to production, quality, maintenance, and personnel problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
