Hartwell Therapy and Wellness is actively seeking

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop effective treatment plans for clients
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one care and recommend suitable therapeutic exercise programs
- Track client progress and provide continuous evaluation
- Share essential information and educate clients on treatment approaches
- Interact with patients in a compassionate, professional manner at all times
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with the standards set by the College of Physical Therapists of BC
- Collaborate with other therapists and external partners as necessary
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills
Required Skills and Experience
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Registered member in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
- Eligible for membership with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Sciences
- Intramuscular stimulation (IMS) or other specialized training is advantageous
- Experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Salary and Benefits
· The salary range for this position is CAD $40-45 per hour.
· 4 weeks of vacation per year (no seniority issues)
· Paid Vacation Pay

· Paid CPP and EI
· Paid Sick Days
· Paid Stat Pay
· Top-up to 85% for 4 months during maternity leave
· EI pay during maternity leave for 12 months
