Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team at Sutton & Son Appliances 1988 LTD. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and longevity of various household appliances.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform voltage, resistance, and other diagnostic tests using specialized electrical testing equipment.
  • Generate detailed written estimates for repair costs.
  • Utilize schematic diagrams and product manuals to assist in the repair of components.
  • Identify faults through the use of testing devices.
  • Conduct repairs on electrical appliances and their components.
  • Replace defective parts as necessary.
  • Provide customers with insights regarding the work completed and the overall condition of their equipment.
  • Employ shop tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
Equipment Experience

Experience with large household appliances is essential.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical capabilities including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
