About the Role

FRESH AGRO PRODUCTS LTD. is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mushroom Farm Worker. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality mushrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
  • Experience: We welcome candidates with little to no experience, as we are committed to providing on-the-job training and development opportunities.
  • Crop Management: You will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our mushroom crops, including monitoring temperature, humidity, and light levels.
  • Harvesting and Packing: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient harvesting of mushrooms, as well as packing and preparing them for distribution.
  • Work Environment: As a mushroom farm worker, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift and move up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of mushrooms and equipment.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented individual with strong judgement and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Work Terms: This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
