We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Information Provision: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and activities.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or dietary requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
