We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions and records.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
